Complaints Notice
Verve Risk Services is committed to providing a high-quality service and products to its customers and business partners, but if something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. If you have a complaint, we will aim to resolve it within three to five working days. If we can’t, we will do our best to resolve it within four weeks. If we have not resolved your complaint within eight weeks, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman’s free, independent complaint resolution service within 6 months. We will provide you with information on how to do this.
